Core
Strengthening
Much have been said and done about core. Core strengthening is strongly
mistaken with just doing crunches. Guys, To be very honest with you, if you are
one of them who do 1000 crunches a day hoping that next morning when you wake
up you will experience a miracle, you are doing it WRONG !!!
There is more to core…
First of all involve isometric contraction exercise in your abs
day. Plank is one of the very effective way for core conditioning, the bonus is
that it would help you in improving your balance against gravity and in maintaining
better posture as well. If done with
correct movement, plank is beneficial in reducing lower back pain.
There are several variation of plank. In my previous Video I have
given you variation like Walking plank, Grade 3 plank with push ups and
Alternate forward hand plank.
In this Video I am showing another intensive variation of plank,
named as Seated Plank.
This will strengthen your core muscles like gladiators. Regular
practice of this movement will improve flexibility in your pelvic girdle and
spine cord.
