Feeling ready to explode? It might not be a bad idea to practice muscle fitness on a punching bag or hit a pillow (a la "Analyze This" without the gun).


Too much anger can be bad for your health and fitness as weak as your social life. When you're about to shift gears into road rage or take your co-worker's head off, fitness an be a healthy way to release stress and anger. Head for the gym or take a power walk.
